Carob is a natural product that is air-dried. Used as individual or supplementary food, it is a real treat. Carob contains trace elements, minerals, fibres and especially vitamin B. It has an anti-inflammatory effect on the gastrointestinal tract, has a water expelling and laxative effect. Furthermore it can inhibit the tumor formation of several kinds of cancer. The cells obtain a protection against free radicals, the gastrointestinal tract can recover and the blood glucose level can be reduced.
